Good Samaritan Village

The first phase of the Good Samaritan Village consisted of a welcome center, sales office building, and a 116-unit independent living facility. Included are a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 762 to 1,357 square feet. They each feature a full kitchen and laundry area. The building features heated underground parking.
