The project consists of a new state of the art 3,300 square foot ground up dental office building in an existing subdivision.
1. Provide a comfortable space for patients and staff.
2. Improve patient experience and efficiency of workflow
3. Provide a warm-modern, sophisticated space
The culmination of the design focused on managing and responding to the budget, site shape, and code compliance. The building was sited to parallel the curving street to the north with all of the exam rooms taking advantage of the north light.
The exterior is a mix of brick, stucco, and asphalt shingles to match the adjacent buildings in the HOA. The roof pitch also matches the existing buildings. The client didn’t want a traditional waiting room and focused on making it feel like a residential living room with a kitchen island. The end product is a comfortable space developed through a high level of design and attention to detail.
