This building was an existing ‘metal/steel’ building that the client purchased because of the large amount lot of land it provided to store company vehicles and equipment that this booming business required. However, the client also wanted to turn the metal building into a ‘Class A’ headquarters office building.

To achieve a ‘wow’ first impression, we bumped out from the existing metal building to create an architectural entry feature. This new two story entry is the first thing one sees upon arrival in the parking lot. An all butt glazed entry vestibule leads the way to the reception area, featuring a cozy wait area. A custom metal façade with a long linear fireplace keeps your attention while a custom bamboo slat wall gives privacy to the workspaces beyond.

Behind the reception desk is an open wood and metal stair system, leading the way to the upper floor. Large butt glazing encloses the large high tech conference room, with large sloped glazing with views of the western Rocky Mountains.

His and Hers Executive Offices provides the owners a ‘home away from home’ feel for those ‘extended’ workdays. And that also provides large glass views for much needed breaks. Truly a corporate office that needs to be visited to fully enjoy.
