Located in Seratoga Falls development, this sprawling ranch was situated on the corner site to maximize views of the mountains from the kitchen and maximize indoor-outdoor living. The large covered east-facing rear patio is nearly flush with the back yard to allow for seamless interaction with landscape. The client’s primary goals were to maximize natural lighting, create an open floor plan, and future proof the home for aging in place. These were all achieved through collaborated design process. The highlights of the home for the client are the front covered porch, large kitchen and butler’s pantry, and craftsman style architecture.
