Cheyenne Steam Plant

The historical steam plant site sits in the heart of Cheyenne’s West Edge District. It’s comprised of a full city block with railroad tracks on the north side. The strong and once powerful facility has been abandoned for years. This project set to revitalize the entire facility and catalyze the district. A local large company set to renovate the existing building, build a new four story office building and parking garage on the site for it’s new corporate headquarters. The goal of the urban renewal project was to highlight the history of the plant, provide a dynamic work place and bring life to the neighborhood. The project is approximately 75,000 sf with 110 parking stalls.
