Corporate Field Office

This project is a 2-story, 70,000 square foot office building with a 30,000 sf warehouse and storage yard component to serve field operations. A 2-story glass-enclosed lobby area connects 2 floors of open office, conference rooms, and break rooms. On the first floor, a large training room and automation space serve the needs of the field operations and company-wide training exercises. The 2nd floor holds the executive offices and executive conference room, and covered balcony with grand views of the front range.

The construction of insulated precast panels provides a durable structure that meets the needs and aesthetic of this established oil & gas provider. Railing was designed to emulate the structure of an oil derrick, and the steel accents on the building reflect the strong elements of oil & gas equipment. A canted, free-standing precast panel marks the front entry, while a rhythm of punched openings and a contrasting color scheme provided depth to the 440’ long elevations. Metal panel volumes floating from the 2nd floor provide an accent to the precast panel rhythm. Vertical and horizontal sunshades are used to maximize daylighting and prevent glare. Public areas and offices are provided with ample daylight.
