This project is located in Westward and Shields in Fort Collins, CO and is currently in the Design Development phase. This project consists of a 2-story wing and 3-story wing portions with a total square footage of 85,500. The project will include 77 units with 122 beds and will be constructed using wood construction. This design aims to achieve energy star accreditation.
The amenities of the project will include EV parking, onsite parking for one car per bed, covered bike parking, a courtyard with firepits, grills, and hangout areas, two rooftop decks, tenant storage, a game and study lounge, and a lounge with a kitchenette. This project will be designed and built using the design-build approach.
