RainDance River Resort

The scope of the project consisted of a new poolhouse, shade structures, slio-like pool equipment building and water slide tower. The community pool was inspired by the agrarian style community at RainDance. The design of the large pool was inspired by the shape of the RainDance logo and contains a zero entry area, lazy river, and dynamic water slide. The tower reaches into the sky and provides a fun experience for kids to traverse over the lazy river and prepare for their slide adventure. A variety of cabanas a located throughout the pool deck and a primary event structure provides an area for parties and larger gatherings. Overall, the site plan was inspired by trivot sprinklers that are seen throughout eastern Colorado providing water to our local crops.
