Stanford Senior Living is a 4-story, 161,600 square foot Senior Living home with 138 Assisted Care, Enhanced Care, and Memory Care units. The community boasts a range of indoor and outdoor amenities in a contemporary style architecture. Amenities include restaurant-style dining supported by a full commercial kitchen, a community room, exercise room, salon, pub, gaming room, and library; all connected by a “Main Street” corridor concept allowing residents to engage in a connecting communal space. Physical therapy, exam, and massage rooms provide additional treatment options to the residents. Secured garage level parking and surface lots give residents options for parking, and resident storage closets provide added “attic” storage spaces. An internal courtyard and Memory Care garden provide features such as fire pits, water fountains, outdoor eating areas, and interactive gardening. A rooftop patio on the 4th floor provides incredible views to the Front Range and Long’s Peak, with seating and gardening opportunities as well.
