The UL office building in Laramie, Wyoming is a flexible and open office space. The building features a lobby with a well equipped kitchen for the staff to use along with patio space that includes an outdoor grill. The office space is laid out with an open floor plan to allow teams to collaborate easily. The building is designed with the effects of the local wind and sun of Laramie, Wyoming in mind. By using passive solar design of roof overhangs and sun shades the building will gain energy from the sun during the winter and shade the windows during the summer.
