The Smile Department

When the clients of this 3,900 square foot dental office came to us, they wanted to design a space that would help to relax their patients the moment they walk through the door. To do this the team at VFLA introduced a palette including deep blue tones and rich woods. In addition to the color palette, decorative wall sconces and wavy wall panels were used to exude a harmonious and soothing environment. The client also wanted to introduce more natural light into the existing space, giving VFLA one of their first problem solving opportunities. Placement of large windows were discussed and added to the existing core and shell to flood each exam room with fresh natural light. In the end, the dentist and his clients were pleased with the sophisticated and inviting space that the team was able to design.
