An innovative take on workplace design – WilMarc’s corporate headquarters is a state of the art building that was designed with the company’s green initiative in mind. WilMarc takes pride in manufacturing PVC–free medical devices and partnering with the medical field to meet their needs.

Our Interiors Department worked closely with local Architect – ‘the Architect’s Studio’ in this collaboration by providing interior design that not only compliments the architect’s vision, but also helped pushed the boundaries of the clients’ design expectation. The overall building consists of two major areas. Approximately 80,000 s,f, is dedicated to production, assembly and warehouse. The front 13,000 s.f of the building houses the corporate Headquarters office space. The clients’ desire was to provide a showcase building that earned their clients trust and business. Because first impressions are important, we wanted to provide a ‘wow’ factor from the very first step into the building. We were able to achieve this by creating a large welcoming ‘reception type’ lobby with a variety of seating types that allow for quick remote working and ‘huddle’ areas. Above is a dramatic ceiling design incorporating a warm floating wood ceiling accented with oversized custom glowing acrylic light fixture. Just beyond, is an inviting coffee bar, offering drinks and snacks, including fresh baked cookies.

Wayfinding was another important design element for the client. Creative patterns can be found in the flooring, guiding users through the spaces. Custom ceiling features accentuate and define work and ‘touch-down’ space from above using unique lighting solutions. Demountable Dirtt wall systems encase offices and meeting spaces allowing natural light to flow in while beautiful views of Long’s Peak. This corporate headquarters is truly one of a kind in today’s modern work environment.
